Williamsburg Cinemas


Williamsburg Cinemas is a state-of-the-art seven-theater multiplex with stadium seating and 3D capability in every theater. Exhibiting films through 35mm projection as well as HD digital projection, it is situated on the dividing line of the south and north side of Williamsburg serving the entire north Brooklyn community.

   El Puente has been a close partner of WILLiFEST from its beginning. And now this beautiful venue will host film screenings
   throughout the festival that focus on family, society and environment.

   As the largest Hispanic community organization in New York City, El Puente does remarkable work to promote social justice
   and the arts, often using one to promote the other.

   WILLiFEST Central/Industry Panel @ Sandbox Williamsburg
    257 Grand Street, Lower Level (at Roebling Street)

Sandbox 257 WILLiFEST returns once again to the centrally located Sandbox Williamsburg which acts as our headquarters and venue for our industry panels.

Sandbox Williamsburg is a cool and casual lounge in the heart of Williamsburg which plays host to WILLiFEST's headquarters. Attendees are invited to interface with festival staff and industry players during panels on the film business.

   Friday Night Pitch Party @ Barber Bart
    267 Metropolitan Avenue (off Driggs Avenue)

Barber Bart WILLiFEST will hold its first Pitch event at this unique space. For more details visit our Spotlight page.

Barber Bart, is an old world barbershop space that brings a new cool to hairdos. This beautiful new Williamsburg space features a pool table, in-house bar and DJ booth.

   Opening Night Cocktail Party @ Banter
    132 Havemeyer Street (corner of South 1st Street)

Banter WILLiFEST will hold its Opening Night cocktail party at Banter this year. This is a private event but open to full festival pass holders.

From the people who brought you the popular bar IonaBanter, is the new kid on the block. This 60-seat, self-dubbed "public house" offers a fully-stocked copper-plated bar, multiple screens and many choices of micro-brews and cocktails.

   Industry Panel @ Videology
    308 Bedford Avenue (corner of South 1st Street)

Videology WILLiFEST will hold an industry panel at this unique screening room. The panel is entitled Getting the Part: Tips for the Working Actor. More details can be found on Panels page.

Videology, a longtime Williamsburg staple, is both a video rental business and a private space specializing in film-related events such as rough-cut screenings, film premieres, fundraising screenings and after-parties. In their comfortable screening room they offer HD projection for screenings and panels and a fully-stocked bar for a cool cocktail.
